Terms & Conditions — Laser247 Club

Welcome to Laser247 Club ("Platform"), operated by Laser247 Club Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), registered in India. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the Company.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or using any service offered by Laser247 Club, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email, WhatsApp or prominent notices on the Platform. Your continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use Laser247 Club and create a betting ID, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Laser247 Club is strictly an adult platform.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online betting or gaming is permitted under applicable local, state and national laws.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent or close family member of Laser247 Club Pvt. Ltd. or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously banned, suspended or excluded from the Platform.
• You must have valid government-issued ID (PAN card, Aadhaar card or passport) for KYC verification.

Each user may register only one (1) account on Laser247 Club. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual for any reason — including circumventing bonus restrictions or account suspensions — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• →You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address and residential address.
• →You must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification using a valid government-issued ID (PAN card, Aadhaar card, or passport) before making withdrawals.
• →Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

3.2 Account Security

• →You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Laser247 ID and password.
• →You must never share your account credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you.
• →If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at support@laser247club.com or via WhatsApp.
• →Laser247 Club will never ask for your password via email, phone call, or WhatsApp. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₹100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to enhanced due diligence.
• Accepted deposit methods include UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), IMPS, net banking and cryptocurrency (for VIP members).
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds are credited to your account wallet instantly for most payment methods.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹500. The maximum daily withdrawal for standard accounts is ₹50,000. VIP Diamond members may withdraw up to ₹5,00,000 per day.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts using standard payment methods.
• Full KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals withheld pending identity confirmation.
• Withdrawals above ₹10,000 require OTP (two-factor) verification to your registered mobile number.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or UPI ID registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Laser247 Club reserves the right to delay or freeze withdrawals where fraud, money laundering or bonus abuse is suspected, pending investigation.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the Laser247 Club platform:

5.1 Bet Placement

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation, except where the cash-out feature is available and exercised before settlement.
• You must have sufficient funds in your account wallet before placing any bet. Bets placed with insufficient funds will not be accepted.
• Laser247 Club reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits on any market or event at its sole discretion.

5.2 Bet Settlement

• Bets are settled based on official results declared by the relevant governing body (BCCI, ICC, FIFA, etc.) or the official event organiser.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport/market as published on our website.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds (e.g. due to a technical glitch), Laser247 Club reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

5.3 Live Betting

• Live betting odds are subject to change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the accepted odds.
• Due to communication delays, bets placed near or after the end of an event may be voided at our discretion.

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms as well as any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• →Welcome Bonus: The 100% welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only. Minimum deposit required to trigger the bonus is ₹500. The bonus has a wagering requirement of 5x the bonus amount before withdrawal.
• →One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method is permitted. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses using different accounts will result in disqualification.
• →Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific requirements are detailed with each offer.
• →Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.
• →Abuse Prevention: Laser247 Club reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses and associated winnings if we detect abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting, arbitrage betting, use of bots or systematic patterns designed to exploit bonus terms.
• →Modification: We reserve the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Laser247 Club platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning and forfeiture of all funds, with possible referral to law enforcement authorities:

7.1 Fraud & Cheating

• Using any software, bot, algorithm, script or automated tool to place bets, access accounts or manipulate outcomes
• Colluding with other players, Platform employees or event participants to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Using false or stolen identity documents for KYC verification
• Hacking, phishing or any attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's account

7.2 Financial Misconduct

• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection or any other financial crime
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods
• Chargeback fraud (disputing legitimate transactions with your bank after winnings have been received)
• Depositing funds through third-party accounts or accepting third-party deposits

7.3 Bonus Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times
• Systematic low-risk or no-risk betting patterns designed solely to clear bonus wagering requirements
• Sharing promotional codes or referral links commercially without authorisation

All content on the Laser247 Club Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, video content, audio, icons, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Laser247 Club Pvt. Ltd. or its licensed content providers.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any content on this Platform without our prior written consent.
• The Laser247 Club brand name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999 of India.

Laser247 Club is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We believe that gambling should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a source of harm.

Responsible Gaming Tools Available

• →Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit
• →Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds to automatically pause betting activity
• →Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts after a set time of continuous play

• →Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform with immediate effect
• →Account Cooling-Off: Take a break from betting for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months)

Laser247 Club will never permit a self-excluded user to open a new account or circumvent an exclusion. Any attempt to do so will result in permanent platform-wide exclusion.

Laser247 Club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Provision of false, fraudulent or misleading information at registration or during KYC
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Operating multiple accounts on the Platform
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions with payment providers
• Request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority

Account Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deducting pending bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method within 5–10 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Laser247 Club and its directors, officers, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform
• Technical failures, server outages, data corruption or interruptions in service that may affect your ability to place bets
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers
• Any decisions made based on information, odds or statistics displayed on the Platform
• Indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind
• Acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions or any force majeure events affecting the availability of the Platform

In all cases, our maximum aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of our service, please follow this resolution process:

• →Step 1 — Contact Support: Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp (+91 98765 43210), live chat or email (support@laser247club.com). Most issues are resolved within 30 minutes.
• →Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved at Step 1, submit a formal written complaint to complaints@laser247club.com with full details, your account ID and all relevant evidence.
• →Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied after our formal response, the dispute may be referred to our licensing authority (Curacao eGaming) for independent arbitration.

We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly. We aim to provide a final written response to all formal complaints within 14 business days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. For matters specifically related to online gaming and betting, applicable international gaming regulations (Curacao eGaming licence requirements) also apply.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

You agree that any legal claim or action against Laser247 Club must be filed in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India within one (1) year of the date on which the claim arose, failing which the claim will be permanently barred.

Laser247 Club reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by:

• Posting a prominent notice on the website and mobile app
• Sending an email or WhatsApp message to your registered contact details
• Updating the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform immediately.

We recommend bookmarking and reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect your use of the Platform.
